Sally Stiebinger

Sally D. (Tanner) Stiebinger, 75, of Greensburg, died Thursday, December 1, 2022 in the Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital.  She was born May 27, 1947, in Kane, PA, a daughter of the late Chester John Tanner and Viola Louise Victor. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Todd Lathrop; a sister, Viola 'Pudge' Menefee; and a brother, Michael Tanner; and a stepbrother, Jim Watson. Sally is survived by her husband, George W. Stiebinger; two sons, Lawrence Lathrop (Lyn) of Rochester, NY and Cameron Lathrop (Karen) of Fort Mill, SC; five grandchildren, Makayla, Tanner, Patrick, Kay and Connor; two sisters, Susan Ludwig (Jim) and Chris 'Beanie' Butters (Bob), all of Bradford; a brother, Shay Tanner (Sally) of Smethport; and several nieces and nephews. As per Sally's wishes there will be no public visitation or services. Sally’s family has entrusted her care to the Clement L.
