Mary Ann (Streno) Dominick , 87, of Crabtree, died Friday, Nov. 5, 2021. She was born June 7, 1934, in Hannastown, a daughter of the late John and Anna Kepich Streno. Mary Ann was a member of St. Bartholomew Church and their Rosary Altar Society, Church Fellowship and the Choir. She was also a member of the Crabtree VFD Ladies Auxiliary and volunteered at the Crabtree Bingos and St. Vincent de Paul. Mary Ann loved dancing and listening to polkas with her friends. Prior to serving as the Democratic Jury Commissioner, she worked as a waitress at both Carbone's and Rizzo's restaurants in Crabtree. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles L. Dominick; a brother, John Streno; two sisters, Helen Moczydlowsky and Mildred Pansic; and companion, Charles Patrick. She is survived by her two sons, Charles A. Dominick (Anna "Babe"), of Latrobe, and Dennis A. Dominick (Dotty), of Greensburg; a daughter, Cynthia A. Dominick (Andy Kolowich), of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, Fla.; four grandchildren, Corey Dominick, Mario Dominick, Lauren Elwell (Adam) and Gina Dominick (Sam Emmerling); two great-grandchildren, Abigail Elwell and Jeremy Dominick; and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Mary Ann from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday in the CLEMENT L. PANTALONE FUNERAL HOME INC., 409 W. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg, PA 15601, 724-837-0020. Parting prayers will be held at 9:15 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home, followed by a funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10 a.m. in St. Bartholomew Church, Crabtree, with Father Justin Matro, OSB celebrating. Interment will follow in Calvary Hill Cemetery, Crabtree. Please be prepared to adhere to all CDC guidelines. The family would like to thank all of her caregivers at Carmella's House and Latrobe Manor, and a special thank you to Heartland Hospice Care for their care and support. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 2835 E. Carson St., Suite 200, Pittsburgh, PA 15203, alz.org/pa.
