Harold Wallace

Harold (Ace) Wallace of Delmont, passed away on January 2, 2021 from complications from dementia. He was born in New York City on September 28. 1933.  He was able to celebrate his 87th birthday with his family.  Harold married the love of his life, Veronica Moffa who celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary this past October.  Harold is proceeded in death by his grandparents Thomas and Anna Wallace, his mother Martha Lopeck, a brother Steven Lopeck, his sister Susan Miller and his beautiful daughter Stephanie Fire.   He is survived by his wife Veronica and five children. Maureen Wallace of Lancaster, Harold Wallace Jr of Delmont, Richard (Lisa) Wallace of Apollo, Rhonda Wallace of Latrobe, Charles (Kristen) Wallace of Melbourne, Fl. Harold was a proud grandfather of 18 grandchildren and one great grandson.  Harold served in the Navy during the Korean War and enjoyed playing baseball throughout his life. He retired from the United Parcel Service.  He loved watching his children and grandchildren play sports, he was their biggest fan.  The family would like to thank Hempfield Manor and the wonderful staff from 3 Rivers Hospice agency for the wonderful care they provided.  Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Harold, Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Clement L. Pantalone Funeral Home, Inc. 409 W. Pittsburgh Street, Greensburg, PA 15601, (724) 837-0020.  A funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. in St. John Baptist de la Salle Church, Delmont.  Everyone please go directly to the Church.  Interment will follow in Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont.  Keeping with CDC guidelines, those attending the viewing and funeral are required to wear face masks.  Because of current social distancing restrictions, only 35 people will be permitted in the funeral home at one time.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Three Rivers Hospice, 300 Oxford Drive, Suite 200, Monroeville, PA 15146.  Harold’s family has entrusted his care to the Pantalone Funeral Home, Inc., Greensburg.  To share your memories and photos, offer your condolences, or for directions, please visit us at www.pantalone.com Natale N.
