Debra Taggart-Moore

Debra Marie Taggart-Moore , 66, of Greensburg, died Tuesday, January 10, 2023 in her home. She was born July 13, 1956, in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Arthur and MaeBelle Hizer Taggart. Debra enjoyed cooking for her family, crocheting and being outdoors. She loved animals and taking care of her many barn cats. She spent most of her career as a caregiver, caring for others in the comfort of their own home. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a brother, Arthur Taggart. She is survived by her loving husband of 19 years, Ira F. Moore, Jr.; a daughter, Debbie Taggart-Rahl (Jeremy) of Hempfield Twp.; a grandson,  Broc Rahl of Hempfield Twp.; siblings, Denise Kemerer (Van), and Paul Taggart, both of Greensburg, Lisa Wyzkiewicz (Michael) of Jeannette, Rob Taggart (Andrea) of WV, and Kurt Taggart of MD; and several nieces and nephews. As per Debra’s wishes there will be no public visitation or services. Interment was in Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Greensburg.
