Vickie Linn Billett

August 15, 1955 — November 29, 2025

Delmont

Vickie Billett, 70, of Delmont, Pennsylvania, passed away on November 29, 2025. She was born on August 15, 1955, in Stormstown, where she was raised in a loving home with her parents and siblings.

Vickie was a beautiful, kind, and passionate woman with a heart that never stopped giving. As a single mother, she devoted her life to her children, supporting them through every high and low and cheering them on with pride. To her daughters, she was a best friend; to her son, she was a hero. Her greatest joy came from her five grandchildren, whom she adored and encouraged just as fiercely.

She spent many years working as a banker, but those who knew her would say that her true calling was caring for others. Vickie had a strong spirit, a sharp wit, and a “no-hold-barred” approach to life. She believed deeply in hard work and independence, often reminding her family, “If you want something done, do it yourself.” It was a lesson she lived by and passed on to all who loved her.

Vickie is now reunited with her soulmate, Barry, along with her loving parents, Lynn “Shorty” Rider and Immelda Rider, and her cherished niece, Kelly Rider. Knowing she is surrounded by them again brings comfort to her family.

She is survived by her children, grandchildren, siblings, and many relatives and friends whose lives were touched by her strength, humor, and unwavering love.

She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
