Mario Andrew Dominick

Mario Andrew Dominick, 41, of Latrobe, died Monday, May 05, 2025. He was born August 24, 1983, in Latrobe. Mario was a Dietary Aide at St. Anne Home in Greensburg. He was also a passionate horror film enthusiast and the author of the book Exploring the Underground: The Mainstream Viewer’s Guide to Low-Budget Horror Cinema. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Charles L. and Mary Ann Streno Dominick; and his maternal grandfather, Thomas Hunter. Mario is survived by his parents, Charles A. “Chuck” and Anna M. “Babe” Hunter Dominick of Latrobe; sister, Gina Dominick (Sam Emmerling) of Silver Spring, MD; maternal grandmother Ann 'Tootie' Ellenberger Hunter of Latrobe; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. At the request of the family, there will be no public viewing or services.
