Louisa J. Tylka, 91, of Murrysville, died Thursday, April 30, 2026, in the Forbes Regional Health Center. She was born January 27, 1935, in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Peter and Dorothy Maus Ciampini.
Louisa was a member of Our Lady of Grace Church. She worked at various retail stores as a sales associate, the last being the BonTon. She would want to be remembered as a devoted and loving mother and wife.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Francis J. 'Frank' Tylka; daughter, Anita Keene; brother, David Champainy; and sister, Eleanor Conyette.
She is survived by a son, Larry Tylka (Angela), of Double Oak, Texas; daughter, Lori Iezzi (Mike), of Graniteville, SC, son-in-law, Dr. Matthew Keene, of Litchfield Park, AZ, and several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends of Louisa will be received Friday 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Clement L. Pantalone Funeral Home, Inc. 409 W. Pittsburgh Street, Greensburg, PA 15601, (724) 837-0020.
Prayers of transfer will be said in the funeral home Saturday 9:30 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Saturday May 09, 2026 in the Our Lady of Grace Church.
Interment will follow in Transfiguration Cemetery, 147 King's Pointe Rd, Mt. Pleasant, PA 15666.
