Louis D. Campomizzi

Louis D. Campomizzi, 80, of Greensburg, died Monday, May 19, 2025. He was born June 30, 1944, in Crabtree, a son of the late Joseph and Jennie Arquillo Campomizzi.

He was a member of St. Bartholomew Church and participated in several community and sporting organizations, including the Keystone Rod and Gun Club, where he served as a Range Officer, the Hannastown Fire Hall, the Crabtree Volunteer Fire Department, and the Old Crabtree Sportsmen's Club. Lou served in the US Army, having served during the Vietnam Era. He had a passion for hunting and golf and was a proud member of the Steve Long Memorial League at Mannitou.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Tracey Campomizzi; three sisters, Marie Morrison, Josephine Miller and Debra Campomizzi and four brothers, Orlando, James, Edward and Fritz Campomizzi.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife and high school sweetheart, with whom he shared 62 years, Sharon L. Walton Campomizzi; his beloved daughter, Dena Farrell (Christopher) of Greensburg; two grandchildren, Brandon Farrell (Kristi) and Megan Moore (Randy); two great-grandchildren, Palmer Farrell and Weston Moore; sister, Helen Dayok of Eastlake, OH; brother, Joseph Campomizzi (Chrissy) of Lebanon, MO; special niece, Kaitlyn Day (Tor) and their children Riley, Roman and Everett; and several other nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends of Louis will be received Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Clement L. Pantalone Funeral Home, Inc. 409 W. Pittsburgh Street, Greensburg, PA 15601, (724) 837-0020.

A funeral Mass to be celebrated Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in the St. Bartholomew Church with Fr. Justin Matro, OSB, celebrating. Everyone please go directly to the Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
