Josephine C. Mangini

Josephine C. (Antinori) Mangini, 94, of Crabtree, died Friday, August 28, 2026, in the Mt. View Memory Care Center. She was born July 09, 1932, in Crabtree, a daughter of the late Basilio and Augustina Sartini Antinori.

Josephine was a member of St. Bartholomew Church and retired from JC Penny having worked at both Greengate and Westmoreland Mall. She was a wonderful mother that enjoyed baking, cooking and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rudolph J. Mangini; her brother, John E. Antinori; sister, Mary Moff (Charlie) and sister-in-law, Barbara Antinori.

She is survived by her two sons, Rudy Mangini (Patricia) of Latrobe and Joey Mangini (Deidre) of Crabtree; two grandchildren, Petra Mangini and Cody Mangini (Elizabeth) her anticipated great grandchild due in October; brother, Vincent Antinori of Latrobe; sister-in-law, Cecelia Antinori of Latrobe and numerous beloved nieces and nephews.

Per Josephine’s wishes, there will be no viewing.

Relatives and friends of Josephine are invited to attend her funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Friday September 04, 2026, in the St. Bartholomew Church, Crabtree, with Fr. Justin Matro, OSB, celebrating.

The family would like to thank the staff of Westmoreland Hospital, 3rd Floor, RNC Rehab Center and Mt. View Memory Care and Monarch Hospice for their loving care of Josephine. Their compassion did not go unnoticed.
