Georgina T. Thomas

Georgina T. (Lang) Thomas, 73, of Greensburg, died Thursday, May 18, 2023. She was born April 18, 1950, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late William H. and Margaret Keener Lang. Georgina was a member of New Life Tabernacle Church in New Stanton and enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Amy L. Thomas, in 1998; two sisters, Deborah Schienle and Hope Richter; and an infant brother. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 47 years, Carl S. Thomas; two sons, Steven Thomas (Kimberly), of Forbes Road, and Jason Thomas (Ashlee), of Scottdale; four grandchildren, Kalob, Skylar, Katrina and Kaylee; a brother, Jonathan Lang, of Mercer; sister, Ruth Ann Wroblewski, of New Kensington; several nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Maria Ruddy (Jeff), of Greensburg. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Georgina from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday in the CLEMENT L. PANTALONE FUNERAL HOME INC., 409 W. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg, PA 15601, 724-837-0020. Additional viewing will be held from 10 to 11 a.m., the time of services, Tuesday in the New Life Tabernacle, 851 S. Center Ave., New Stanton, PA 15639, with the Rev. R. Keith Smith officiating.
