Frank A. Lucchetti, 87, of Greensburg, died Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2015, in the Greensburg Care Center. He was born Feb. 1, 1928, in Barnsboro, a son of the late Lorenzo and Enrica Beckey Carlini Lucchetti. Frank was a veteran of the Army Air Corps, having served during World War II. He was an employee of the former Graham Byers Sunoco Station and was a member of the VFW Post 33. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Stevenson Lucchetti; his son, Vincent Lucchetti; three brothers, Larry, Louis and Vincent "Jimmy" Lucchetti; and a sister, Teresa Ann Uhrinek. He is survived by one brother, Renaldo Lucchetti and his wife, Carol, of Greensburg; a sister, Antonette "Toni" Vavick, of Latrobe; a sister-in-law, Ann Lucchetti, of Greensburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Frank from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, the time of services with the Rev. Mike Alfieri, officiating, in the CLEMENT L. PANTALONE FUNERAL HOME INC., 409 W. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg, PA 15601, 724-837-0020. Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Greensburg.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Westmoreland County Food Bank, 100 Devonshire Drive, Delmont, PA 15626.
