Elwood Klein

Elwood J. Klein , 96, of Greensburg, died Thursday, February 18, 2021 at home.  He was born November 05, 1924, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Joseph and Anna Renie Klein.  He was a retired supervisor for the former Thoerner Products and a WWII Veteran having served in the US Army.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant sister, Anna Klein; sisters, Alice Peyton, Clara Chambers and Loretta Kline; and a brother, Howard Klein.  He is survived by his son, Robert J. Klein (Mary Beth) of Jeannette; two grandchildren, George Klein (Katie) and Sarah Shuey (Chris) of Greensburg; four great grandchildren, Robert and William Klein and Charlie and Violet Shuey; a brother, William Klein (Linda) of Bethel Park; and numerous nieces and nephews.  Services were private, interment was in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park, North Huntingdon.  Elwood’s family has entrusted his care to the Pantalone Funeral Home, Inc., Greensburg.  To share your memories and photos or to offer your condolences, please visit us at www.pantalone.com Natale N.
