Elizabeth S. (Messaros) Cam, 93, of Acme, died peacefully at home with her family by her side, Sunday, November 19, 2023. She was born October 24, 1930, in Hannastown, a daughter of the late Michael and Mary Liptak Messaros. Elizabeth was a member of St. Paul Church, the Fellowship Group of St. Bartholomew Church in Crabtree and a member of the First Catholic Slovak Union. Prior to working for Yellow Cab of Greensburg as an office manager, she worked for over thirty years at F & A Italian Market in Jeannette. Elizabeth enjoyed cooking but had a love for baking. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry K. 'Kenny' Cam; two brothers, Michael and Joseph Messaros; and two sisters, Dorothy Kelly and Mary Ann Nalevanko. She is survived by her three children, Sandra Hart (Michael) of Las Vegas, NV, Maryann Lloyd (John) of Acme and H. Kenneth Cam, Jr. (Lori) of Jeannette; three grandchildren, Jim Bojtos (Toni), Michael 'Danny' Bojtos (Jordan Ungerer) and Adrienne Jarvie (DJ); great granddaughter, Taylor Bojtos; several special and devoted nieces and nephews; and her beloved canine companions, Maddie and Sarge. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Elizabeth, Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Clement L. Pantalone Funeral Home, Inc. 409 W. Prayers of transfer will be said in the funeral home Saturday at 9:30 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. in St. Paul Church.
