Dustin C. Nave

Dustin C. Nave, 60, of Crabtree, died Tuesday, February 03, 2026, in the Latrobe Hospital. She was born March 27, 1965, in Johnstown, a daughter of the late Robert C. Himes, Sr. and Doris L. Duman Himes.

Dustin was known for her love for her children and grandchildren, whom she was very proud of. She enjoyed nothing more than watching her grandchildren at their sporting events. She was an avid Pittsburgh Penguins fan and loved 'Sid the Kid' (Sidney Crosby). Her pastimes were gardening, crocheting and sitting on her porch enjoying the quiet outdoors. She also loved spending time with 'Little Dog' and her cat.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Rita Smith; in-laws, Vernon and Maria Nave and two brothers-in-law, Mark and John Nave.

She is survived by her husband of thirty four years, Gerard B. Nave; three children, Jessica Smith (David), Mathew Wainwright (fiancé, Gina), all of Greensburg and Tiffany Jones (Patrick) of Crabtree; eight grandchildren, Devon Smith (Sarah), Logan and Brady Smith, Hunter and Haley Wainwright, Mathew Wainwright, Jr., and Mahayla and Braylon Jones; two brothers, Robert C. Himes, Jr. (Diane) and William Himes (Aimee); six sisters, Roberta Varholak (Robert), Donna Jamison, Brenda Baserman (Sherdan), Deborah Grech (Richard), Kimberly Morgan and Stacey Saloka (David) two sisters-in-law, Roxanne Nave of Crabtree and Pearl Stillwell of Greensburg and numerous nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends of Dustin will be received Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. in the Clement L. Pantalone Funeral Home, Inc. 409 W. Pittsburgh Street, Greensburg, PA 15601, (724) 837-0020.

A funeral service will be held Monday at 10:00 a.m. in the Pantalone Funeral Home.

Interment will follow in Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont.
