Dolores Daerr

Dolores M. (Cirelli) Daerr , 85, of Greensburg, died Friday, Aug. 12, 2016, in the Newhaven Court. She was born Jan. 23, 1931, in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Peter and Margaret J. Moschetti Cirelli. She was a retired unit secretary for Excela Westmoreland Hospital, and after her retirement she stayed on to volunteer for several years. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Cathedral. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William A. Daerr. She is survived by her loving and devoted daughter, Sharon Knatz and husband, Michael, of Greensburg; four grandchildren, Kelli Beavers and husband, John, Katie Payne and husband, Jeremie, Mark Knatz and wife, Diana, all of Greensburg, and Michelle Sagredo, of Hollywood, Fla.; four great-grandchildren, Aubrie and Maylie Payne and Patrick and Tyler Knatz; a sister, Margaret Guhl, of Greensburg; two brothers, Pete Cirelli Jr. and wife, Jackie, of Greensburg, and Dominic Cirelli and Margaret Muncy, of Braddock; a stepbrother, Michael Cirelli, of Greensburg; a stepsister, Rosemary Cirelli, of Florida; two sisters-in-law, Bonnie Cirelli, of Braddock, and Jane Harrington and husband, Bernie, of Ebensburg; and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Dolores from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday in the CLEMENT L. PANTALONE FUNERAL HOME INC., 409 W. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg, PA 15601, 724-837-0020. Parting prayers will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home, followed by a funeral Mass to be celebrated at 1:30 p.m. in Blessed Sacrament Cathedral. Entombment will follow in St. Clair Cemetery, Greensburg. Dolores' family has entrusted her care to the Pantalone Funeral Home Inc., Greensburg.
