Cathy D. Trent

Cathy Diane Trent (McCord) 68, died January 3^rd, 2024, in Greensburg, PA surrounded by her loving children. Cathy was born October 21st, 1955 in Ft. Bragg, NC, the daughter of Major H.E & Martha McCord, Cathy resided in many different parts of the country and world including Tuscaloosa, Alabama and Okinawa, Japan during her father’s time in the service as a veteran of the Korean War and two tours in Vietnam(23 years of service.) Cathy was a proud Christian woman who loved to spread the word of Jesus and pray for anyone at anytime, day or night. She loved her country, her family and her friends tremendously and was loved, admired and adored by all who knew her. Cathy is survived by her two sons, Joshua Allen Trent (wife Janelle) of Jeannette, PA.  Allen Quentin Trent of Greensburg, PA. Daughter Melissa Rae Estes (husband Jonathan) of Murrells Inlet, SC. US Army VET, Brother Richard McCord (wife Danita) & Isabella Cathy McCord of Etowah, TN. Sister Cynthia Bragg of Auberndale, Fl. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren Brayden Anderson, Keith Trent, Jade Trent and Raymond DeSimone. Her grandchildren were the light of her life. Cathy is predeceased by eldest son David Anthony DeSimone, her parents, grandparents and many family members and friends who are welcoming her with open arms into the Kingdom of our Lord.
