Catheryn A. Hamilton

Catheryn A. (Moran) Hamilton, 82, of Greensburg, died Friday, June 20, 2025. She was born October 06, 1942, in Ellwood City, a daughter of the late Thomas and Catherine Roth Moran.

Catheryn's enjoyment was being a homemaker, raising her children and being a part of their activities. She was an avid gardener, raising plants in a greenhouse that her husband built for her. Catheryn also cherished time spent with friends, particularly while taking ceramic classes together. She and her husband enjoyed boating, often spending time on the water together. In her earlier years, she was a member of St. Agatha Church, and later, she worshipped alongside her husband at Wurtemburg United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wilfred L. Hamilton; two brothers, William and Thomas Moran and three sisters, Ellen Moran Rugh, Emma Moran Fry and Pat Moran.

She is survived by her two children, James Hamilton (Tammy) of Mt. Pleasant and Brenda Hamilton Behm (Brian) of Portersville; two grandchildren, Dayna Behm Cavey (Chris) and Garrett Hamilton (Jess); and numerous nieces and nephews.
