Carol A. Spallone

Carol A. (Maestrole) Spallone, 77, of Greensburg, died Monday, November 02, 2026, at home. She was born July 11, 1949, in Derry, a daughter of the late James Mario and Ida Wigfield Maestrole.

Carol was a graduate of Seton Hill College and a member of St. Bartholomew Church in Crabtree. She was the co-owner of the former Lincoln Inn along Route 30. It was a popular restaurant and bar, and at one point, they added a Kentucky Fried Chicken franchise to the existing restaurant. The Lincoln Inn closed in the 1990s. Faith and family were the cornerstones of Carol's life. She was a vibrant soul whose energy and love for family and friends touched everyone around her.

Carol is survived by her loving and devoted husband of fifty-six years, Thomas F. Spallone; her beloved son, Jordan Spallone (Lauren) of Greensburg; her cherished grandson, Rylen Spallone; sister, Jeanne Greer (Collins) of Scottsdale, AZ; brother, James W. Maestrole (Kathy) of Ligonier and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends of Carol are invited to attend her Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10:30 AM, Friday November 06, 2026, in the St. Bartholomew Church, 2538 US-119, Crabtree, PA 15624 with Fr. Justin Matro, O.S.B. Everyone please go directly to the Church.

Interment will be private in Unity Cemetery, Latrobe.
