Anthony F. Reno , 92, of Greensburg, died Sunday, Dec. 3, 2017, in Mt. View Specialty Care Center. He was born Feb. 11, 1925, in Greensburg, a son of the late Giuseppe Reno and Maria Libera Spino Reno. "Tutta" was a member of Our Lady of Grace Church where he also worked and retired from after many years, and was a longtime member of the Hilltop Social Club. He was a former employee of Walworth Valve Co. and after retirement worked for the Westmoreland County Blind Association. He was awarded the Bronze Arrowhead while serving with the Army during World War II. He was one of the first on the beaches during the invasion of Normandy. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Marian Rause Reno; and two brothers, John Spino and Frank Anthony "Tex" Reno. He is survived by his three children, David Reno (Sharon Teaman), of Mt. Pleasant, Anthony Reno (Brenda), of Greensburg, and Dana Plevelich, of Mt. Pleasant; four grandsons, David Reno (Lisa), Steve Reno (Megan), Drew Plevelich (Becca) and Nathan Plevelich; four great-grandchildren, Brandon, Carson and Finley Reno and Aleese Plevelich; and several nieces and nephews.
